Hello! Welcome to our blog!
In this blog, we will talk about the heated issue that is women's rights in America.  We will discuss the history of it, how women were treated in United States history versus how they are treated now, some famous women's rights activists, rape culture in America, and an overall morality issue of the treatment of women in today's American society.
The reason we chose to write on an issue so complex and controversial is because of how strongly the authors of this blog feel about women's rights.  We, as Americans, live in a society where a man can go out, have fun, get drunk, and have an end result that consists of one of his friends giving him a ride home. Women, however, do the exact same and they have a good shot of being raped.  It's unjust and completely unfair.  That is why we are writing this blog, to show all the errors of society's views and how it can and should be fixed.
